Getting to know you
Enquire - Drop us an email with your contact details. We will call you to find out about your project. We may ask you to complete our simple questionnaire to help us understand how we can help and which service best suits you.
Services - Most projects benefit from a home visit to discuss your project in location and together to muse on ideas, make plans and measure. We offer expert advice on making the most of your space.
Design - After your home visit, we head back to create design detail and source products. Prior to the next step, we create a project outline and give you a quotation or an initial estimate of cost.
The transformation
Preparation - Once everything is agreed, we take a deposit; book a date; and order your chosen materials.
Build - Our team installs and completes your project. We keep in good communication with you throughout the build.
Completion - We check you are happy, pick up small tweaks, and present our final invoice.
